WORSHIP CENTER

The Worship Center has a large gathering space that seats 735, and large lobby area. It has a full sound system and media set-up. This space is great for graduations, weddings, large meetings/conferences, theatre groups and more. Below you can find more pictures, details and instructional videos for using the Worship Center as well as a check-out form to make sure you leave the space in the proper condition.

There are 3 doors to the worship center. The only door with magnetic key card access is on the far left (pictured). The kay card scanner is located to the right of the door.

Once inside, look up and to your right and you will see a switch mounted high on the wall. If the switch is up, that means the double doors are locked from the outside. If the switch is down, that means the double doors are unlocked. This would allow people to come and go as they please.

The two single doors in the center of the lobby can be manually unlocked from the inside. Please be mindful that anyone could walk in during your event. We suggest that once everyone has arrived, you lock the door back so that nobody wanders in without your knowledge.

Please make sure the switch is returned to the upright position and manually lock the two single doors before leaving your event!

The Worship Center has approximately 735 chairs and is equipped with all audio / visual needs.

Chairs can be rearranged but MUST be put back how they were set before your event. Please take pictures of any sections you are going to move and reset after your event.

The stage can also be rearranged but MUST be put back how it was set before your event. If you need help with moving/setting the stage, please communicated with your audio/visual tech.

There are two thermostats for the Worship center, one on each side of the stage. At the end of your event, please be sure the fan is set to auto and cool is set to 80 or heat is set to 55.

To turn on the main auditorium lights, enter through the left side doors. On your right there is a single switch. Push the switch up once for the lights to come on, and down once for them to go off.

The entrance to the tech booth is on the back left wall of the worship center.

You must hire one of our Northwood Techs to run the lights and sound board for your event.

The Worship Center Lobby is a large open space.

The light switches and thermostat are located on the back center wall of the lobby. There are two thermostats, one of each side. At the end of your event, please be sure the fan is set to auto and cool is set to 80 or heat is set to 55.

You are welcome to rearrange the chairs the tables in the lobby but please return everything to where it is in the photos.

If you need tables and chairs for this space, please include that in your facility request to ensure they are available.

There is a water fountain, men's and women's restrooms, and a nursing nook in the worship center lobby.

Go through the left side of the lobby toward the worship center. Instead of entering the second set of double doors, go down the hallway to your left. The last door on the left is the cleaning closet Inside you can find supplies for restocking bathrooms and cleaning any spaces you used.

You are responsible for making sure the space is back in proper condition before you leave. (Please see check-out form at the bottom of this page for details of all clean responsibilities)

**ALL TRASH MUST BE TAKEN TO THE DUMPSTER BY THE BASKETBALL GOALS**

What is the fee to use the facility?

We do not charge a set fee, but we do ask that you consider a donation to help off-set the cost of bills.

If you noticed something out of place, something is not working, or the space is not clean upon your arrival, please submit a facility maintenance request with pictures so that we can address any issues. If your event is during our office hours, we may be able to resolve the issue immediately.
