SOCIAL HALL

The Social Hall seats 80-100 people. This space is great for birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, family reunions and more. It has a full kitchen that is available for you to use during your designated time. Below you can find more pictures, details and instructional videos for using the social hall as well as a check-out form to make sure you leave the space in the proper condition.

The door to the Social Hall is down the hallway to the left of the building. This hallway can be accessed from the horseshoe parking lot.

There is a keypad on this door. Please reach out to the office the week leading up to your event to get your code. The code will open the door for 10 seconds. Once you are in the Social Hall, you can unlock the door for the duration of your event.

There is a key hanging just inside the kitchen door. This key unlocks the double doors to the right of the kitchen. These doors can be propped open for your guest during your event. Please make sure all doors are locked at the end of your event.

General supplies can be found in the closets at the front of the social hall. The closet to the left of the door you entered through has paper towels. There are also paper products in this closet but these are not for outside groups to use. Please bring your own paper products (including plates, silverware, napkins, cups, etc.) In the closet to the right of where you entered, you will find toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and trash bags.

You are responsible for making sure the space is back in proper condition before you leave. (Please see check-out form at the bottom of this page for details of all clean responsibilities)

**ALL TRASH MUST BE TAKEN TO THE DUMPSTER BY THE BASKETBALL GOALS**

The Kitchen is found at the back of the social hall. The kitchen is a commercial grade kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, a double oven, large stove top, and lots of counter space.

There is an ice maker that is available for use just inside the walk-in pantry which can be accessed from the kitchen.

The cabinets are all labeled. Please make sure anything you use is returned back to the proper place. There are utensils and other things available for use but we cannot guarantee that everything you need will be there.

There is also a coffee maker on a table in the main room of the social hall. Please see video below for instructions on how to operate the coffee machine.

What is the fee to use the facility?

We do not charge a set fee, but we do ask that you consider a donation to help off-set the cost of bills.

If you noticed something out of place, something is not working, or the space is not clean upon your arrival, please submit a facility maintenance request with pictures so that we can address any issues. If your event is during our office hours, we may be able to resolve the issue immediately.
