Northwood’s Singles Ministry is built on relational discipleship. Great! But what does that mean? It means that we gather together often, with the Word of God, and the needs of each other at the center of the gathering. A typical week will see us hanging out together two or three times outside of Sunday activities, sometimes more, having fun, encouraging each other, and helping each other apply God’s Word in our everyday lives. Our two regular structured gatherings are Life Connection Groups on Sunday 9:45 am and “Focus” on Tuesday’s at 7:30 pm in the Chapel.
For those that want to go deeper, we have small groups that meet in various places like homes, apartments, Barnes and Nobles or other 3rd places around town. Small groups are encouraged to participate in ministries together, including prayer walking, school adoption, assisting church planters, and youth discipleship.
